K'Ho Coffee

Arabica grown, processed and roasted by a K'Ho family at the foot of Lang Biang mountain.

Why it matters

Most cafés on this list buy their coffee. K’Ho Coffee grows it. Báo Pháp luật reported in 2024 that Cơ Liêng Rolan, from a K’Ho family that has grown coffee for generations, began roasting the family’s arabica in 2011 and selling it in 2012, with the processing done by hand. The K’Ho are one of the Indigenous peoples of the Lâm Viên plateau around Đà Lạt.

The tourism board describes a garden café where the farm’s coffee is served as espresso and pour-over, processed washed, natural and honey. What those mean is in how coffee is processed.
