Why it matters
This is the Saigon branch of XLIII Coffee, the Đà Nẵng roaster, on one of District 1’s central streets. It serves single-origin filter and espresso at specialty prices, a few minutes’ walk from pavement coffee on plastic stools. That makes it an easy place to see the specialty shift alongside the older habit.
We have not visited this branch.
What to expect
The roaster’s own site describes a gallery at the entrance about the coffee’s journey from origin, then a minimalist main space with soft light and a monochrome palette. It does not say whether the branch brews phin coffee at all.
